Gisella and the team at Global Promo provided me with one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had with a vendor. I called to get tracking information on an order we thought we had placed only to find out it was never sent to them. It was 3 days before a hard in hands date and I was sure there was no chance of getting it to our customer in time. Gisella went to work with her team got back to me within 15 minutes to let me know we could do a same day turn on the item. Global Promos got our job through proofing, production, and shipped it to our customer. They even followed the tracking closely and were sending us updates on the progress. They truly saved us here, highly recommend. |
