Terms and Conditions
We have a simple price structure. Our price includes shipping to one location in the US and Canada, logo imprint up to 4 spot colors and 2 locations, or deboss/laser engrave. We provide free file uploading with no limit if it is applicable. For less than 100pcs order, there is a $40 setup charge. No setup charge for 100pcs or more. There is no run charge, no PMS color match charge. No setup charge for reorders.
The most common method we use to imprint is silk imprint. Pad imprint is used for more difficult logos or large quantity orders. Some of our products can be debossed or laser engraved with no additional charge. For full color imprint, we can use proxy dome or water process imprint.
For orders with less than 100pcs of quantity, there is an one time setup fee of $40. This covers up to 4 spot colors and 2 location imprint or deboss/laser engrave. For orders with 100pcs or more in quantity, the setup fee is waived.
For artwork with more than 4 spot colors, it is $40 or 15 cents per unit per additional color, whichever is higher. Full color process imprint costs vary depends on the artwork and product. In general is $1 per side per unit. Please contact us for details.
Imprint Placement and Sizing
Layout of all copy for imprint is as specified by purchase order. Maximum imprint size will be used unless otherwise directed.
Virtual proof via e-mail or fax proof is provided 24 hours after receiving of artwork at no charge. It preproduction sample is required, the cost is unit price, $40 setup, plus shipping from our factory in China which is generally $25.
A virtual proof is a digital representation of the finished product and not exact. It confirms the logo position, location, and PMS color codes. Screen resolutions vary and the image may look distorted when sent electronically. If paper proof is faxed, the product and logo may appear distorted or jagged. Production time begins the day after the virtual proof approval and all other requested documentation is received. If changes need to be made, please inform us by writing, a second virtual proof will be sent once the artwork has been changed. Please note that delays in approving the artwork may result in delays in the delivery/shipping date.
PMS color numbers must be submitted with all artwork. A PMS color book is recommended when choosing colors, as colors may vary due to computer screens and/or printers. All colors must be set to 100% opacity and fill. Different shades of the same color are printed as separate colors and will incur additional color charges.
PMS matching is a manual process, therefore all color matches are a close approximation. Final imprint may be slightly different and may vary among individual pieces. Roughly half of Pantone’s swatch library can not be matched 100%, especially colors such as bright greens/blues and heavily saturated colors (i.e. Reflex Blue).
Acceptable Artwork Formats

Vector art is artwork created using points, lines, curves, and polygons based on mathematical equations. Acceptable files include eps (encapsulated Postscript), ai (Adobe Illustrator), and cdr (Corel Draw). All artwork should be color separated and scaled to size, and font must be in curves/outlines. Precise details as to PMS color numbers, crop marks, and placement should be noted on the Purchase order and the art file.
GRN reserves the right to determine if artwork submitted can be used. We may be able to vectorize art, or perform typesetting & other necessary alterations for a fee. GRN is not responsible for art/typesetting errors after proof approval.
A digital proof for logo imprint is available in 24 hours after receiving artworks. All orders are manufactured in our factories in China and our general production time is 2-3 weeks, including shipping time. For large quantity and customized order, it might take longer time. Please contact us for details.

All of our products come in various packages. Bulk package is available as well and can result in a reduced price per unit.
We can create virtual with your provided artwork with no charge. We can PMS color matching product shells with no charge for 1000pcs or more for transparent color, 500pcs for solid color. If you have a smaller quantity, the cost is $100.
We provide free file uploading service. If the file is too large to transmit by e-mail, you can upload it directly to our ftp server or mail a CD to our CA office. Contact Global Promo for instructions to use our FTP server. You can also use services provided by www.yousendit.com. Data loading may require extra lead time to fulfill delivery.
If the data to upload is designed utilizing logos, trademark or registered information other than that of the owner(s), written authorization and/or a form of release will be needed. If copyrighted material such as, but not limited to, music, video or literature is included, written authorization and/or a form of release may be required clearly indicating GRN is and will be released from any and all copyright infringement or violation.
Orders that have been printed and are waiting in-house for the data to load will only remain in-house for 2 weeks. If data is not received within 2 weeks of printing, Global Reach reserves the right to ship the order without data or charge a stocking fee.
We offer great flexibility of customization on every component of the products such as package box, the color of the product and accessories. For example, we can make our mouse products any color you want for as little as 100pcs if it is one single color. For 2 color mouse, the minimum is 500pcs. Customizations might associate with extra cost if the order quantity is small. We can also create new styles according to your design and requirement.
Global Reach assumes that logo artwork is submitted in full compliance with all applicable laws governing copyright and trademarks. Purchaser, by placing the order, agrees to indemnify, defend Global Reach harmless from and against all claims, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to an actual or alleged infringement or misappropriation of any trademark, copyright or any other proprietary right of such merchandise. This provision remains in effect after the delivery of an order.
For first time customer, prepayment is required. We accept Visa and Master Card. We won’t charge your credit card until the digital proof is approved. For existing customers, terms are available depending on your credit rating.
Samples are billed at 250pcs quantity pricing, plus shipping cost. Samples can be returned if they are in good condition.
Under-run and Over-Run policy
We only produce the exact quantity as specified on your PO. No under run or over run.
When you are ready to place an order, please fax your order to 510-217-9458 or email to your sales rep or firstname.lastname@example.org. Artwork can be e-mailed to email@example.com. A digital proof will be sent to you within 24 hours after receiving of PO and artwork. Production will start after the proof is approved. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be e-mailed to you.
All orders must be submitted to GRN in writing, either through e-mail or fax. Verbal or handwritten communications will not be accepted. Please call to confirm receipt of Purchase Orders (PO). All information must be complete before production can start. Production will not begin until paper proof is reviewed and approved by customer.
Any delays in submitting a complete Purchase Order will delay processing the order. After two weeks, the unprocessed PO will be deemed inactive. Customers must issue a new/revised PO to reactivate the previous delayed order. Original price cannot be guaranteed if a new PO is required.
All changes must be submitted in writing via e-mail or fax. Changes must be confirmed with GRN before being submitted. Please call GRN to verify that changes will be processed. Change orders might occur additional cost.
Less than Minimum
The minimum order quantity for most of our products is 50 pieces. Smaller quantity orders may be accepted on some products for a less-than-minimum (LTM) charge of $25.
Exact repeat orders will not be subject to a setup charge providing that they have been placed with 12 months of the original order. Please provide GRN the order number, date and invoice number.
Cancellation at late stage of production might result in a penalty or full payment of the invoice. Cancelled orders will be charged any costs incurred prior to the date of cancellation including, but not limited to, art, screen, shipping and merchandise. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing, through e-mail or fax.
Our standard price includes shipping to one location anywhere in the US and Canada. In general, we ship through FedEx/UPS/DHL from our factory in China directly to you or your customer. We can also ship internationally. Please call us for details.
An International Shipping form is required for all shipments outside the United States. The customer is responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees associated with international shipping, which must be covered by a customer-supplied shipping account number. Global Reach Network (GRN) will guarantee the ship date only. GRN cannot guarantee Delivery Date due to unforeseen circumstances. No rush orders will be accepted for international shipments without prior approval.
All shipments are designated commercial deliveries by default. Please inform your GRN representative in advance if you require a residential delivery. Failure to do so may cause delays in delivery and additional shipping charges.
Any changes in shipping information must be submitted at least 2 business days PRIOR to the original ship date defined on the PO. GRN cannot guarantee, nor be responsible for, any last-minute changes made WITHIN 2 business days of the original ship date.
Tracking information will be provided to customers the day after an order ships.
GRN is able to process different ship-to addresses for each order. The split shipment charge is $25 per additional location.
Wrong Shipping Address
If a wrong shipping address is provided, the client is responsible for the costs occurred to correct the shipping address.
If you have a claim about your shipment, you must contact GRN within 3 business days of delivery of the product.
If there is a defect in the imprinting, product quality or data load, please call our customer service staff to arrange for a return. All returns must be pre-approved before shipping back to Global Reach Network.
No returns will be accepted for custom orders if it is done according to the PO and proof.
All of our products are guaranteed against defects for 1 year. We can replace defective products or issue a credit. We reserve the right to replace defective products with no imprint.
Limitation of Liabilities
Global Reach is not responsible for delays or non-delivery of orders due to factors beyond our control including, but not limited to, acts of God, carrier delays, severe weather, terrorism, or other unforeseen circumstances. Orders affected by the aforementioned situations are not covered under Global Reach’s warranty, claims, and return policies. Our top priority is the safety and well-being of our employees and contractors, as well as providing the highest level of service to our customers. In the event of uncertainty, shipments will be secured in one of our facilities. Delivery of product will be attempted when it is safe to do so.
